- Interim Sales VP, Turn Around - $40M-$60M ARR SaaS Sales and Martech company needed executive leadership to revitalize their partner program. 2 months into the engagement, we were asked to take on additional responsibilities as an Interim VP of a global sales org. For both Alliances and Sales, we scaled the organization with 150% more capacity, enabled an enterprise selling motion, hit the aggressive quarterly sales targets 3 consecutive quarters and brought back the mojo to both orgs.
- Sell-Side Corporate Development - Engaged to craft an exit for a 5 year old SaaS Revenue Intelligence Platform. We prepared the pitchbooks and decks. Mapped out likely acquirers based on appetite, adjacency and ability to execute. Ran sales campaigns with 6-10 engaged buyers. Received multiple LOI's and closed the company sale with a strategic buyer.
